Terms and Conditions
The client will be invoiced once an offer has been accepted and candidate has started, all payments are to be made within 10 working days from receipt of invoice.
Ubusha Recruitment (Pty) Ltd offers a 90 day guarantee on appointed candidates. To qualify for the guarantee, full payment of the fee must be received within 10 working days of invoice date. If the guarantee is validated, and the hired candidate leaves your employ within the guarantee period, Ubusha Recruitment (Pty) Ltd undertakes to provide a replacement please refer to Cost of investment.The 90 days guarantee is valid only from the starting date of the original candidate, in that specific position. Termination of employees will be within the criteria as stated above, however will not include redundancy, promotion, in-company transfers, or acquisition or mergers of the company.
