Accounts administration Assistant
We are now recruiting on behalf of our client for a Accounts administration Assistant.
Your duties will include management of accounts receivable and payable, creditor and debtor management, maintenance of Database and records, Preparation of emails, orders and invoicing, general admin duties, filing and data entry, bank reconciliations and processing EFT and online payments.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role,
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
Excellent Customer service skills,
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word,
Highly motivated and organised,
Excellent time management skills,
R 18,500 per month plus benefits.
