Accounts Clerk

A vacancy exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Accounts Clerk. You must have 1 – 2 years experience in a similar position.

Duties include but may not be limited to:

Review, verify, sort and code invoices upon receipt,enter and upload invoices into system, prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records, reconcile accounts payable transactions.

Requirements :

Grade 12,
1-2 years experience in a similar role,
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office, Excel,
Good attention to detail,
Ability to multi-task & prioritise workloads,

Salary: R 10,500 per month cost to company.
