Due to an increased volume of work, an opportunity exists for a motivated administration assistant to join my clients team. You will be responsible for providing administration support to various departments across the organisation.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Other general admin tasks including scanning, printing and collating documents,
Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification in Office Administration / Office management,
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
Strong attention to detail,
Self-motivated and ready for new challenges,
Proactive and work well within a team,
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Minimum 6 months previous experience in a similar role,
Salary: R 11,000 per month plus company benefits.
