Administration Assistant

Our client are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team of professionals. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have previous admin experience, preferably in a Shopping Centre. You will also need to be highly organised, have exceptional time management and have advanced administration skills. Your expertise using the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as your ability to multitask will be pivotal to your success.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, third parties and owners,
Manage rental arrears,
Updating and maintaining a lease database,
Maintaining lease registers and coordinate the lease administration process,
Debt collection,
Processing invoices,
Insurance renewals,
Ad hoc tasks,
