Administration Assistant

A vacancy has become available for an Administration Assistant to support the administrations team.

Duties include but may not be limited to:
Providing a high level of admin support,
Liaising with customers, suppliers and technicians,
Placing and receiving stock orders promptly and accurately,
Managing the inventory of all stock parts,
Data entry,
All other general administration duties

Requirements:
Grade 12,
Punctual, well presented, and able to work well both unsupervised as well as within a team,
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail,
Full training is provided, but previous experience in a similar role or a keen understanding of technical, IT or appliances will be highly beneficial,
Excellent planning, admin, organisation and follow-up skills,

Office hours are Monday – Friday 8.00 am-4.30 pm

Salary R 7,500 per month plus benefits
