Administration co ordinator

Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their sales team as a administration co ordinator. The role will see you responsible for supporting the sales team in all facets of the sales process from preparing quotes to submitting monthly reports. You will also be responsible for the administrative and accounts tasks including entering of orders, maintaining clients records, organising quotes and marketing material.

Salary R 12,500 per month cost to company.

Working Hours are  Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements :

Previous experience (Minimum 1 year) in a similar role,
Computer Literate,
Exceptional communication skills,
High attention to detail,
Immaculate organisational skills,
