Administrations Clerk

As the successful applicant, you will undertake a range of administrative functions including the maintenance and management of various records and registers as well as managing  equipment purchases. Some of your duties will include:
Prepare a wide range of correspondence,
Assist in the preparing, development and maintenance of various records and registers,
Assist in ordering equipment and maintaining records,
General office duties,

Requirements :

2-3 years similar experience in a corporate office environment,
Ability to maintain systematic and accurate administrative records,
Well-developed oral and written communication skills,
Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines,

Salary : R 8500 per month.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 hrs,
