Administrations Receptionist Clerk
A well established business which supports and develops its employees whilst offering a fantastic salary package and really good incentives is currently seeking a receptionist to join their business. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to meeting and greeting all visitors at reception and answering all incoming telephone calls promptly , setting up board rooms for meetings and arranging catering for clients and internal events, arranging travel for Senior Managers and managing diaries, typing letters & delivering daily banking, ad hoc administration duties including data entry, scanning and filing. Monday to Friday 08.00 – 16.30. R 7,500 per month plus benefits
