Job Description:
  • Providing administrative support to external and internal clients
  • Document and administrative control according to standards
  • Housekeeping of the office.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal business processes, procedures and policies.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Operating of Reception and Switchboard
Job Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 3 year relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
  • Certificates in computer training would be advantageous.
  • Sound knowledge of Nav5 ,Nav13,CRS
  • Competent/Knowledge on capturing of timesheets and all relevant Q documents including batches
  • Knowledge on billing of vessel files on NAV
  • Understanding of Procurement process and stock inventory
  • Knowledge on reports/stats
  • Knowledge on the cold chain bookings process
