REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12/ National Vocational Certificate or equivalent qualification. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Ms Word, Outlook, Internet and PowerPoint.) are essential. A candidate must have a sound communication skills, problem solving. Good interpersonal relations and a team player. Ability to provide customer care. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.

DUTIES:

Provide typing functions, provide general office administrative duties. Effective maintenance of records. Minute taking in various meetings. Sound verbal and written communication. Participate in various college committees, attend meeting and college activities.
