Assistant Receptionist

A leading financial company has a opening for a Assistant Receptionist to join their growing team. In this role you will be required to complete the following duties:

Meet and greet clients (including providing refreshments),
E-mail management,
Audio typing and copy typing – Shorthand preferred but not essential,
Answering telephone calls,
Filing, binding documents, photocopying & faxing,
Ordering and managing stationery,

Working hours are 08:000am 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: R 8,500 per month
