My client is a highly reputable and industry leading insurer who has undergone rapid and stable growth over the last few years. They currently have an opportunity in their client services team for an outstanding client service superstar to service and maintain client’s policies.
Working alongside 4 other client service specialists, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :
First point of contact liaising between clients and adviser’s offering exceptional service,
Taking inbound calls from clients and delivering solutions within efficient time frames,
Pro actively chasing up required documentation,
Keeping informed on existing and new products and services offered in order to identify leads and provide solutions,
Working closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience,
Identifying and assisting to deliver process improvements and business efficiencies,
Some basic administration,
Build strong relationships developing trust and credibility
The successful Candidate must have :
Previous client service experience with Life insurance policy administration and maintenance is essential,
Knowledge of retail life insurance products,
Strong IT / Microsoft Office knowledge,
High attention to detail orientated with strong organisation skills,
Excellent communication skills with a high level of client focus,
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills essential,
