An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a fast growing business that supplies fashion brands to retailers across the country. Wholesale Customer orders are fulfilled directly through our client who acts as an agent and who distribute from their warehouse in the East Rand to nationwide retailers.
Customer Service Administrator Duties:
Preparation of invoices and export documentation for customers,
Ensure customers terms are clear and updated in the system to ensure stock is released with minimum risk,
Ensure system is maintained accurately with up to date order information and dates as appropriate and ensuring that communication with logistics and sales teams are well maintained escalating issues appropriately,
Allocating stock to customers as soon as possible,
Work closely with logistics and customers on shipping / collection dates to ensure smooth efficient collection of stock for customers,
Proactively deal with customer queries, issues as they come up and escalating to line manager as necessary,
Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
Minumum Grade 12 or Equivalent,
Previous experience working within a customer service and administrative role dealing directly with trade, wholesalers, suppliers, import and export would be desireable,
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
Enthusiastic, motivated and a committed self-starter with a positive attitude,
Fluent English essential,
Fashion business knowledge would be highly desirable,
Experience using SAP would be an advantage,
Other European languages – highly desirable,
Salary: R15,000 per month.
Hours: 08:00am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday.
