Our client are currently undergoing a period of significant growth and change and are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Human Resource Manager who can assist the business in achieving its strategic goals.
The Human Resource Manager reports directly to the CEO and will oversee and manage all facets of the Human Resource function, enabling maximization of productivity by optimizing the effectiveness of the business. This critical role will deliver high level, professional and expert Human Resource Management capacity to the entire organisation.
Your duties will include the following key areas:
All aspects of Human Resource management and leadership.
Performance Management development and review.
Strategic & Operational Human Resource advice.
Organisational Development and Change.
Work Health and Safety Management.
Relevant tertiary qualification and 3-5 years experience,
Able to demonstrate extensive strategic and operational experience in the delivery of the key areas listed above,
Strong leadership and development skills,
Provide advice and support to management and team members on matters such as staff performance, counselling poor performance, team development, change management, Health & Safety, labour relations and all HR matters and staff development programs.
Salary is market related and negotiable.
