Inbound Customer Service Agents
Due to recent growth, our client is now recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Agents. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, responding to client queries and complaints, escalating queries / complaints to relevant department, providing timeously feedback for clients and data entry into our monitoring and reporting software. Salary R 7,500 per month plus benefits and incentives.
Good phone manner,
Computer and admin skills,
Customer Service Experience,
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills,
Able to communicate with many different types of personalities,
Computer literacy with excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for detail,
Call Centre / customer service experience,
Full training and induction will be provided for the successful candidates.
