We are currently looking for a Level 1 Support IT Technician to join a professional and friendly team. You will be required to communicate with users at all levels of the business on a daily basis, assisting with technical support issues, new installations and general day to day IT support queries.
R 12,000 per month plus benefits. Monday to Friday.
Suitable qualified in hardware & software support (Degree or Diploma),
A+, N+ MCSE or equavalent,
1 to 2 years Helpdesk experience and a strong competency providing Level 1 hardware / software support,
Experience working in a corporate environment would be highly regarded,
Customer service focused, have a great sense of humour, strong communication and problem solving skills.
