PA / Admin Assistant

A position has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join our clients team. The role of this position is to provide administrative support to Partners, mail / print / fax / scan admin, database management, stationery management and distribution, reception relief when required,
managing diaries for partners, setting up boardrooms for meetings, liasing with external parties.

Requirements:

Completed Grade 12 or Equivalent,
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Ability to effectively liaise with clients and staff at all levels,
Excellent time management and organisational skills,
Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft office,
Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic,
