A leading manufacturing company are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:
Processing of overtime, allowances, expenses and mileage claims in line with the company policies,
Recording and monitoring of Statutory payments,
Processing of voluntary deductions,
Processing of PAYE, UIF contributions,
Update of bank details changes for employees,
Respond to pay related queries from employees and Managers,
Prepare all other 3rd party payments and deductions,
You must be immediately available and have payroll experience (Preferably SAGE) but full training will be provided,
You must be reliable, confident, friendly and have the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines,
You must have excellent communication skills and accurate data entry,
R 10,500 per month plus company benefits.
