This position is responsible for all areas of Reception and admin support and previous experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential. The office is busy, modern and vibrant and needs someone who is dedicated and has great people skills. Your duties will include answering the telephone, directing all calls and queries, admin related duties and document filing. Basic salary R 7,500 pm plus benefits. You will be working weekdays only from Monday to Friday only.
1-2 years previous experience in a similar role,
Strong computer and admin skills,
Peoples person with friendly and professional telephone manners,
