Receptionist / Admin Assistant

We are now looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to add to our growing team.

Daily tasks include:
– Processing orders
– Taking credit card payments
– Responding to email enquiries from customers
– Filing
– Updating of various Databases
– Answering Phone calls
– General Administrative tasks

The candidate must posses the following skills:
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to work autonomously when necessary
– Good communication skills
– Ability to work within a small team
– Polite, well presented and possess a willingness to cross train in future

Salary: R 12000 per month
