Salary R5500 – R6500 & Commission
The main purpose of this new position is to conduct extensive recruitment research in order to source candidates with the right experience and qualifications and to match them with provided job specs for positions nationally.
The successful candidate will be required to source and attract both active and passive talent using social media , job portals and referrals.
- Electronic recruitment and electronic advertising through various search engines on the internet
- Headhunting candidates
- Report management and achievement of set targets
- Matching job descriptions with correct candidates
- Screening interviews via skype and face to face
- Calling and dealing with mass recruitment projects
- Matric essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years recruitment or researching experience
- Seasoned LinkedIn user
- Proven skill and experience with regards to writing advertisements
- Strong reporting, analytical & telephonic communication skills
