A opportunity has become available for a Service Support Coordinator to join our clients IT support team. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating service and support work across the business and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the technical team to perform installations / repairs / upgrades / maintenance,
Follow up on all customer queries and support tickets,
Engage with customers to arrange a time & date for upgrades /repairs / maintenance on existing hardware / software,
Engage with customers to arrange a time & date for installations on new hardware / software,
Manage jobs using internal systems,
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers,
Liase with third party vendors,
Degree / Diploma in IT Support will be highly regarded,
2-3 years previous experience in a IT customer service support environment,
Good communications skills,
Working under pressure and to tight deadlines,
Attention to detail,
Strong customer service skills,
Salary: R 12,000 per month plus company benefits.
