Position: Team Lead: Benefits Administration

Salary: R385 524 – R528 900 per annum (plus benefits)

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise the human resources administration in the region for the purpose of rendering an effective human resources service to all Departments
  • Maintain the HRIS in the region by supervising the updating of data capturing for the purpose of generating required statistical reports and to have updated human resources data readily available for the execution of human resources duties
  • Manage the maintenance of the human resources archiving system in order to ensure access to updated human resources information
  • Manage and supervise benefit administration of employees in order to ensure a professional and efficient human resources benefit administrative service
  • Supervise staff by planning, organizing, leading, controlling and executing basic human resources functions to ensure a competent, productive and disciplined staff complement
  • Visit all human resources offices as well as pay offices in the region and attend meeting when necessary
  • Compile and control the budget by assessing the needs and keeping track of all expenditure to ensure that allocated funds are spent within the budget limits and legislation / policy requirements


Minimum Requirements:

  • B Degree in HR Management
  • Good interpersonal and management skills
  • Knowledge of Acts
  • Knowledge of HRIS System
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
