Management and supervision of the rewinding department in a well established rewinding company. A minimum of 10 years as a qualified rewinder, preferably with some management experience. The scope includes interacting with customers and staff to ensure and efficient and effective service, thereby maintaining the high service levels expected of the company. The manager needs to be able to function in a dynamic and sophisticated environment, and have good organisational skills. The ability to meet deadlines is essential. Manger must have experience with all types of AC windings. Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook will be an advantage.
