Administration Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic administrator to join our Head Office on a full-time basis. The Administration Assistant provides administrative support to the Head Office to support the company’s administration team.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Administrative support including handling inbound calls and enquiries, correspondence, maintaining the office storage and stationery and completing day-to-day office procedures (data-entry, scanning and uploading documents)
Processing of general invoices as required
Supporting Senior Managers with general administration
Skills and experience:
Grade 12 High School Certificate or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 1 years’ administrative experience, preferably within an office administration or customer service role
IT competency with intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office suite of products
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
Proven track record of being proactive and customer focused
High attention to detail

R 7500 per month basic salary plus benefits
