We are looking for an exceptionally organised Administration Assistant to undertake clerical office tasks and provide support to the Administrative Executive.
This role will suit someone with strong organisational and communication skills who is able to work both independently and within a team.
Updating and maintaining our customer database
Maintaining and updating files on our in-house systems
Promptly responding to all enquiries and all incoming communications
General office admin
High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in a similar position involving data entry.
Must have professional telephone manners.
Must have initiative and a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self motivated and ability to work independently.
R 8500 per month
