Administration Officer

Working for a well known Retail business, this role will provide exceptional service and administrative support to the business administration team.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
First point of contact for all general enquiries
Maintain accurate data records
Prepare reports for management team
Liaise with other departments
Provide ad hoc administration and secretarial support to the business administration team
To be considered for this position we are seeking:
Experience in a fast-paced admin support role
Proven experience prioritising workload and multi-tasking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven relationship building ability
Strong organisational skills
Experience in MS Office Suite
