In this role, you will be responsible for performing the administrative duties within the department and work as part of a team that prides on cooperatively sharing roles and responsibilities.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Processing admissions, pre-admissions and fund checks
Effective management of incoming and outgoing calls
Schedule booking forms in the booking system and ensure all patients are contacted prior to procedure
Liaising with Medical Aid Companies and suppliers
Dealing with account enquiries
Compilation of patient documents
Requirements:
Proven organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail & accuracy;
Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes;
Excellent computer literacy including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
