We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide general support within a Retail management office. This part time role would be suited to a person with strong administration skills, good time management and excellent people skills, preferably with experience in a Retail.
Duties and tasks include:
- Front desk liaison with retailers, contractors and general public,
- Accounts processing,
- Assist with marketing / promotions,
- General admin support,
- Provide general support to Office Manager,
Experience / Knowledge required:
- Accounts experience – desireable,
- Effective MS Office skills,
- Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
R 10500 per month plus benefits
