As Administrative Assistant, you will support the head office in a busy, dynamic role, that is integral to the smooth operation of all facets of the business. We are a high-paced, motivated, and positive team, that welcomes the addition of an experienced and talented administrator.
Your administrative skills will assist in customer communications, reporting and staff coordination, in all areas of our operations. Excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously are a must. You enjoy working to deadlines and are motivated by progress.
You are efficient and thorough in your work; have a positive, can-do attitude; are reliable, self-motivated and flexible in your approach to problem solving. Your computer and IT skills are impeccable – you have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer problem solving abilities.
