NATURE OF APPOINTMENT: Permanent
Incumbent should have a relevant Senior Certificate/ Grade 12/ NCV Certificate (Level 4). Incumbent should have a Diploma Qualification or N6 Certificate in marketing/ Journalism/ Public Relations. Experience in administration & Marketing. A valid driver’s licences. Excellent oral and written communications skills required. Sound Communication Skills. Computer Literate. Be flexible in working hours. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Supporting the marketing and communication department. Assist in writing departmental communication. To ensure that all invoices of contract with media publication and broadcasters are recorded. Responsible of ordering college stationery requested from marketing department. Keep the college website updated. Keep a control list of all gifts issued to staff. Assist in planning the college events organised by marketing and communications department. Responsible for following up outstanding leave forms of the department. Assist with telephonic and personal enquiries. Assist marketer during career exhibition when necessary.
