We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to undertake a Internship in Business Administration.
The Role:
First point of contact via phone and face to face visitors
Provide efficient customer service to visitors and clients
General office administration including Word processing, photocopying, scanning, preparing agendas, minute taking and tracking office supplies.
Assisting with event and venue preparation/set up
Process telephone bookings and manage financial transactions
Data entry and maintaining databases and registers
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to be a part of a small team
Ability to plan and manage your time effectively
Problem solving and initiative
Basic computer knowledge and skills including the ability to use Microsoft Suite
