Working for a well known company in the freight industry. Service delivery to the client is the key to their success, and remains their highest priority after safety. They are currently seeking 4 new control room administrators to join their team.
You will be taking calls from members of the public, clients, emergency services etc and will need to log these on to the system. You will then liaise with the maintenance teams and dispatch the engineers to the site where works need completing.
Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent,
Excellent communication skills – English (Both written & Verbal),
The successful candidate will have previous experience in Customer Services role,
B able to demonstrate excellent reporting skills and relationship building skills,
Strong computer skills,
You will be on a rolling rota along with 6 other team members. This is a 12 hour shift (with 1 hours break),
R 8,000 per month plus company benefits.
