We are looking for a Xhosa speaking Receptionist to join our team.
Your main duties will include:
Attend to all reception duties including managing incoming calls, greeting clients and front desk management,
Maintain office and kitchen supplies and equipment,
Collection and distribution of mail, preparing mail and courier bookings and deliveries,
Coordinate boardroom bookings and manage events,
General office administration,
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required,
To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role,
Fluent in Xhosa ,
Motivated, passionate and customer focused,
Strong attention to detail,
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise,
Punctual, reliable and self motivated,
Salary: 10,000 per month.
