Customer Service Administrator

We are currently experiencing substantial growth and are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, processing customer orders and liaising with wholesale customers and our sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls relating to product and order inquiries
Data entry – Process orders for wholesale, commercial, builders and trade accounts
Liaise with and assist the internal sales team
Arrange quotes, book freight & coordinate deliveries when required
Answer all email enquiries
Keep up to date with all current products
Highlight and report stock outs to Customer Service Supervisor
General filing / office administration duties

Skills & Experience:
Customer service background preferred
Experience in the hardware / building industry would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisation skills
Good time management skills
Self-motivated
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
R 10,500 per month plus benefits
