Customer Service Agent

We are currently seeking customer service agents to commence work within a well recognised call centre. Extensive training and support will be provided with varying shifts depending on the business needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer enquiries at first contact
  • Providing information on the organisations services
  • Processing payments over the phone
  • Completing administrative transactions, including appointment setting
  • Responding to incoming customer telephone enquiries and web enquiries

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience resolving customer enquiries and complaints
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience meeting KPI’s and adhering to company policies and procedures
