We are currently seeking customer service agents to commence work within a well recognised call centre. Extensive training and support will be provided with varying shifts depending on the business needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving customer enquiries at first contact
- Providing information on the organisations services
- Processing payments over the phone
- Completing administrative transactions, including appointment setting
- Responding to incoming customer telephone enquiries and web enquiries
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience resolving customer enquiries and complaints
- Basic IT skills
- Experience meeting KPI’s and adhering to company policies and procedures
