Looking for a switched on and immediately available candidates with a background in customer service.
The role of the customer service Representative is to provide a range of high quality customer service and administrative services to effectively support the team including:
Providing a high level of quality service answering inbound customer enquiries
Being the point of contact with customers and liaising between stakeholders
Receiving and handling both initial and escalated consumer enquiries/complaints
Developing and maintaining a sound knowledge of practices and procedures
Maintain and update records and complete various administrative duties
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Experience working in a call center with a high call volume
Confidence when dealing with customers over the phone
Demonstrated high levels of verbal communication including sound listening skills, strong questioning skills
