Front Office Receptionist

The primary responsibilities of the Receptionist / Front Office Administrator is to assist the Resort Manager and directly support the efficient operation of the Resort by performing check ins, office administration, secretarial and administrative support.
Attend to general receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, action faxes, sort mail and filing
Direct guest check in and check out following correct procedures
Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests
Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems
The ideal applicant will possess the following:
Previous experience in a similar role / industry
Exceptional customer service skills
Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
R 7500 per month plus benefits and full board and accommodation is also provided to the successful applicant.
