Our client are currently looking for a Level 1 Support Technician to join their professional, friendly team. You will be required to communicate with users at all levels of the business on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role you will have 1 to 2 years Helpdesk experience and a strong competency providing support. Experience working in a corporate environment and a certification in IT would be highly regarded. Suitable candidates will be customer service focused, have a great sense of humour, strong communication and problem solving skills.
