Job Purpose:

Carry out spares parts activities verifies all spare parts inquiries; quotation, order processing follow up, delivery, payment collection, processes and provide customer with accuracy of offer by utilizing the organization’s internal sales tools or system

Main Responsibiliies:

Receives, processes and verifies all spare parts inquiries and provide customer with accuracy of offer by utilizing the organization’s internal sales tools or system
Remain as basic point of contact for our internal & external customers with queries, feedbacks, request etc.
Maintain customer record by updating account information, and responsible to support customers quotation.
Planning to actively achieve monthly sales target set
Assist supervisor maintenance and update the files concerning the spare parts issue.
Receive the customers’ feedback and complain for spare parts products, close coordinate with relevant colleague to solve problem.
Handle day to day centralized purchasing according to product specification and requirement.
Part stock and price maintenance.
Act as liaison with Finance to process customer billing, money collection tracking & support the credit control
Cooperate with spare parts warehouse colleague.
To remain as basic point of contact for our internal & external customers with queries, feedbacks, request etc.
Maintain customer record by updating account information, and responsible to support customers quotation.
Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
Responsible for cross-functional operations, ensuring all tasks are completed according to sales and marketing strategies.
To be fully aware of and comply with current responsibilities and requirements of the relevant OHS Acts, Regulations and applicable Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
Report all hazards, incidents and injuries in accordance with legislation and company reporting procedures;
Participate in programs and assessments to improve health and safety in the workplace.
Execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority
Perform other duties as assigned

Key Job Requirements:

Qualification/Education:

Grade 12 (NQF level 4)

Skills & Knowledge:

5+ years work experience in similar environment
Purchase Order
Quotation Process
Experience on overhead cranes
Must be able to travel locally and outside SA for operational requirements
Proficiency with MS Office applications e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
