As a Call Center Intern, you will be responsible for:
Taking incoming calls from new and existing customers regarding sales and service queries,
Ensuring a level of service that exceeds customers expectations,
Generating sales with new or existing customers and pro actively exploring opportunities to cross sell,
Getting involved with Contact Center activities, competitions and fun days,
To help you get up to speed, we will provide you with 2 weeks of full time paid classroom training, where you will learn about our policies, products and systems. Once graduated from training, you will move onto a rotating roster, working 7.5 hour shifts totaling 37.5 hours a week between 8am – 8pm on weekdays, and 8am – 6pm on weekends. Basic Salary R 4,500 per month plus company benefits, exciting incentives and commission.
