IT Service support desk technician

Company Details

Our client is currently seeking a customer support service technician – IT. The primary role of this position is to offer customers managed and non-managed reactive and proactive support. This role will be the first line of solving and attending to technical issues from customers. The succesful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient 1st and 2nd level support to all customers. This is your chance to work with a fun team of IT professionals.
Relevant industry qualifications
Strong technical skills in – Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, VMware, Terminal Services, Network, Security and Printers
Excellent Written & Oral communication skills in English
Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
Multi-tasker, Can-Do Attitude, Flexible, Attention to detail, Problem Solver, Customer Focused, Team Player with an ability to work autonomously when needed
Experience in working within a Managed Services and Cloud Solution environment highly regarded
Salary is Market related depending on experience and qualifications.
