Office Coordinator

Company Details

The Office Coordinator will assist in providing administrative support to the rest of the business team. You will be the first point of contact in person and over the phone. Therefore seeking someone who has pride in their personal presentation and communication.
Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the office
Manage the travel arrangements for all office team members
First point of contact both over the phone and in person
Collect and distribute mail
Arrange couriers as required
Office and kitchen general maintenance
Order and maintain stationery and office supplies
Provide assistance to the CEO in the absence of the CEO’s Executive Assistant
Requirements:
A minimum 2 years experience in office administration and reception
Impeccable presentation and self-grooming
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Articulate and well spoken
Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills
Strong time management

R 8000 per month plus benefits
