Job Purpose

To provide a professional Operational management service to the company
Responsibilities

Putco Sites Operations

Oversee the daily running of the three Putco sites operations with the support of the supervisors and ensure that the key processes are adhered to:
This will include ensuring :
Daily monitoring of all on site activities. This includes ensuring that all procedures and activities as defined are adhered to by all staff
Daily supervision provided to supervisors and all staff on site
Daily monitoring and reporting of the key KPI’s
Interaction with Finance and Tech ops head office support to ensure key issues are resolved
All ticket transaction queries are resolved daily
Health and Safety process and standards are complied with on the sites
Hardware and software at three Putco operating sites is functioning to standard and is up to date
Ensure the required products are listed on the Putco sites software
Continuous improvement opportunities are investigated on the sites

Resource Management

Resourcing model is run twice per year, to ensure Putco site operations requirements are understood
Manage the recruitment and deployment all employees to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Putco site operations
Cashier resource deployment is regularly revisited to ensure optimized use

Training and Development

Provide training to all employees and equip them with the necessary knowledge of products and software using the tools provided.

Daily and Monthly reconciliations

Daily ticket sales, product transactions and ticket stock reconciliations are completed according to the required standards, signed off and sent to finance
All outstanding ticket queries are resolved within 24 hours

People Management

All staff on site have F20 goals aligned to their role
Regular one on ones are held
Performance reviews are held twice a year

Requirements of the Job
Experience

4 Years + marketing and sales experience
Sales/ Diploma or Degree in Marketing an advantage

Minimum qualifications

Grade 12 with Matric certificate
Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing
