Manage internal/technical/process projects. Develop and monitor maintenance budget and consumables inventory for unit
Implement equipment upgrades & enhancements
Ensure complinance with occupational safety and health regulations
Manage a team of Artisans and Artisan Assistants
Implement engineering best practices and standards
6 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment (prior FMCG or Bakery experience advantageous)
3-4 years managerial experience
Qualifications Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Primary Objectives of the Position
Responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the plant and the equipment and for ensuring that the relevant statutory regulations are adhered to.
Other Information Computer skills including SAP, MM, SD, MS Office, PLC, etc.
Business planning skills
Vendor management skills
Project management skills
