Coordination of repairs and maintenance on properties
Liaising with tenants, owners and tradespeople
Information and database management
Advertising and marketing (including loading on websites)
Compiling and providing property info for enquiries
General office support such as answering phones, filing, photocopying, banking, mail Leasing duties such as taking photos and conducting inspections
PA duties to the Directors
Need to be self-sufficient with intelligence and good initiative
Highly organised with strong computer skills
Have a long term interest in Real Estate as a career
Good written and verbal communication
