A leading Insurance company has a vacancy for a receptionist. As the Receptionist your roles is to present a positive first impression of the company over the telephone at the switchboard.
Answer calls to the switchboard and transfer them efficiently and accurately
Deliver effective and efficient messages via E-mail and/or telephone
General administration tasks
Provide support to the Administration Team
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience on a busy switchboard
Ability to learn quickly and use time management with minimal supervision
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products in particular MS Word and MS Excel
Must be professional, outgoing, friendly and confident
Experience with a range of office administration responsibilities
