The positions involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.
Previous hospitality, travel or tourism front office / reception experience is preferred, however not essential.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office are essential, with experience in reservation systems a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, highly organised with good time management are all vital skills you will bring to the role.
Experience with sales and/or industry qualifications will be highly regarded.
You will be a team player with flexible availability including nights, weekends and public holidays.
