Trafalgar PE is in search of a vibrant, energetic and people’s person to join their dynamic team.
You need to be proactive, deadline driven and can work well under pressure. The position will be a mixture of client facing as well as having strong administrative background.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage vacancies across the portfolio
- Coordinate the letting of Building and/or individual units
- Liaising with tenants & owners
- Advertising of vacancies
- Raising and allocation of fees and receipts
- Ensuring all letting documents are archived correctly
- Computer knowledge – Microsoft Office
- 1 Year Administrative Role
- Letting Experience (Advantageous)
