Job Summary

Trafalgar PE is in search of a vibrant, energetic and people’s person to join their dynamic team.

You need to be proactive, deadline driven and can work well under pressure.  The position will be a mixture of client facing as well as having strong administrative background.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Manage vacancies across the portfolio
  • Coordinate the letting of Building and/or individual units
  • Liaising with tenants & owners
  • Advertising of vacancies
  • Raising and allocation of fees and receipts
  • Ensuring all letting documents are archived correctly

Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer knowledge – Microsoft Office
  • 1 Year Administrative Role
  • Letting Experience (Advantageous)
